T’shia Te’Nae Ratchford-Williams, 15: Went Missing After School

A community in Ohio is left with questions after T’shia Te’Nae Ratchford-Williams, who was just 15 years old at the time of her disappearance on December 11, 2017, vanished after leaving school in Middleburg, Ohio. According to family and friends, T’shia was on her way to meet up with her biological mother and has never been seen or heard from again. Her social media pages also haven’t been updated since that time.

There is very little known about T’shia, her personal life, or her relationship with her mother. Unfortunately, there haven’t been many reports about the missing teen, and the information that has been shared has been minimal. Like many cases involving Black women and girls, news regarding T’shia and her missing person case seems to have fallen through the cracks over the years, and there doesn’t seem to be much movement within the investigation.

T’shia Te’Nae Ratchford-Williams: What To Know

At the time of her disappearance, T’shia Te’Nae Ratchford-Williams reportedly stood between 5 feet 1 inch and 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighed approximately 130 to 140 pounds. She had black/dark brown hair and hazel eyes. T’shia was last seen wearing a blue True Religion jumpsuit with a gray Northface jacket. Her nickname is “Shugg.”
