Denese Laird Disappeared After Being Dropped Off At Hospital In 2010

Denese Laird Missing

It had been almost two weeks since Mildred McCoy has heard from her sister. The two regularly stayed in contact, so when 51-year-old Denese Laird went missing, it was out of character.

According to Mildred, the last time she had contact with Denese Laird or knew of her whereabouts was on September 25, 2010. Denese was dropped off at the St. Joseph’s Hospital in Paterson, New Jersey. Mildred thought that Denese had been admitted to the hospital, but when she called to check in on her sister, she was informed that Denese wasn’t in their system. The hospital staff said that Denese never was registered with their triage nor were her concerns assessed by nurses.

It’s not so farfetched to say that even though she was dropped off at or near the hospital, Denese never made it inside. There isn’t any further information regarding why she was at the hospital that day, so could she have become confused and wandered away? Denese’s loved ones say she likes to take bus rides to Atlantic City, so did she just skip the visit and run off? And who exactly dropped her off at the hospital? Did the hospital’s surveillance cameras show Denese being dropped off and what happened to her or the direction she may have walked off to if she was there are all?

Denese Laird Missing

Denese Laird has never been seen or heard from since. It’s sad that there are no news reports available concerning her disappearance. I thought, well, maybe there hasn’t been any coverage of her missing person case because she’s been located and there was nothing to report. .

Denese is a petite woman who stands somewhere between 4 feet 10 inches to 5 feet 1 inches tall. At the time of her disappearance, she weighed 90 to 100 pounds. She has very short black hair that she bleached blonde and wears bifocal prescription glasses. Denese was last seen wearing a headband, pink skirt, blue jeans, and pink sneakers. She also goes by her nickname, “Dee Dee.”
