Sierra Ford, 14: Went Missing In 2016 & Received No News Coverage

Like many cases here on Our Black Girls, there isn’t much news about Sierra Ford. I’ve extensively searched for news articles about the missing 14-year-old, but all I could find was a thread on Reddit and Web Sleuths.

Sierra Ford disappeared from Minneapolis, Minnesota in 2016. The last time anyone saw the teen was on July 27. Because her case wasn’t covered in the media, the circumstances surrounding her disappearance remain a mystery. It’s unknown if she ran away, where she specifically vanished from, or what type of company she kept.
At the time of her disappearance, Sierra was 5 feet 2 inches tall and 110 pounds. She had brown eyes and dark brown hair. However, her hair was dyed blonde and was in long braids when she was last seen. She may wear blonde highlights.
Anyone with information regarding Sierra’s missing person case is urged to contact the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office at (612) 221-8913 or their local authorities.
Please share this story regarding Sierra Ford’s disappearance. She deserves much more coverage than what has been given. She is our sister, and her life matters.
