It’s unclear why Cynthia Jean-Pierre was living a life of vagrancy. The 48-year-old Florida resident was reportedly homeless back in March 2016, but she spoke with members of her family at least once a week.

Channel 7 News in Miami reported that Cynthia Jean-Pierre hasn’t been in contact with her loved ones since March 18, 2016. During that time, Cynthia had been staying in hostels in the South Beach area of Florida.

At the time of her disappearance, Cynthia was described as being 5 feet 7 inches tall and 190 pounds. She had black/dark brown hair and brown eyes. Cynthia has a number of tattoos including an elephant on one of her shoulders, a bindi in-between her eyebrows, and the letter “G” on her forehead.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Miami-Dade Crimestoppers at 305-471- TIPS or their local authorities.

Please share this story of Cynthia Jean-Pierre to help reignite the investigation into her missing person case. She is our sister and her life matters.

*UPDATE* A woman claiming to be Cynthia Jean-Pierre’s friend wrote to me, saying that Cynthia passed away, but that she doesn’t know details about how or when.
