Shirley Magee, 12, Vanished From Chicago In 1973

It’s been decades since Shirley Magee went missing and still, there hasn’t been much information shared about her case. There is only a blip of information made public about the 12-year-old who vanished from Chicago, and that is disheartening considering she wasn’t even a teenager when she disappeared.
At the time of her disappearance, Shirley Magee was 5 feet 3 inches tall and 109 pounds (the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children noted that the little girl’s height and weight were just an estimate). She had black/dark brown hair and brown eyes. The circumstances surrounding Shirley’s disappearance are unclear, as are her last whereabouts and the clothing items she was wearing at the time that she went missing. She would be 59-years-old at the time of this publication.
Anyone with information is urged to contact the Chicago Police Department at 312-747-5789 or their local authorities.
Please share this story regarding the disappearance of Shirley Magee in order to reignite the investigation into her case. Regardless of how long it has been, family, friends, loved ones, and investigators deserve some closure on this case of this missing 12-year-old. Shirley is our sister and her life matters.
