Ameera Deadrick: Conflicting Reports About Missing Girl
There are conflicting reports about when Ameera Deadrick was last seen in Waco, Texas. The National Missing And Unidentified Persons System states that Ameera was last in contact with her loved ones in November 2016. However, other agencies report that the last time anyone saw the little girl was in January 2014. Fox 44 News claims that the Texas Attorney General’s Office believes Ameera disappeared sometime between April and November 2016, so this case is already shrouded in confusion before anyone can even address the circumstances involved.
There are also differing reports about Ameera’s age. NamUs states that Ameera was eight when she went missing, Fox 44 News reports she was 10, while KHOU 11 and The Charley Project say she was five. Unfortunately, there hasn’t been much information shared about Ameera’s case, but news reports state that she may be in the company of a woman named “Tootie” or “Linda.” The woman may have been employed in the healthcare industry and possibly lived at the Bordeaux Apartments in Waco. Ameera’s case was featured on In Pursuit with John Walsh, but none of the leads investigators have followed over the years have been fruitful.
At the time of her disappearance, Ameera Deadrick stood 4 feet 3 inches tall and weighed 50 pounds. She had black/dark brown hair and brown eyes. What she was last seen wearing is unknown.
