Like many other cases here on Our Black Girls, there isn’t much known about Tammy Jarvis or the circumstances leading up to her disappearance. There aren’t many news reports about the 20-year-old, but what has been shared suggests she met with foul play. In May 1989, Tammy reportedly lived with her aunt in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Sadly, no one has seen or heard from Tammy Jarvis since. He reportedly killed his then-girlfriend and has been in prison ever since. The extent of the investigation into Tammy’s boyfriend is unclear.
