Cecil Jackson, 39: Disappeared On Her Way To Church

Another cold case out of Texas hasn’t received any publicity in decades, but Cecil Jackson deserves attention. Once again, there is only one government database that has her case listed. It was stated that Cecil, 39, disappeared in 1986, but very little is known about the case’s circumstances.
The National Missing & Unidentified Persons System reports On August 16, 1986, Cecil was on her way to church when she vanished. It is unclear if she was traveling from home or work, and it isn’t apparent if she was meeting anyone specific. That day was a Saturday, and because almost nothing is known about Cecil’s home or professional life, it is also impossible to track any information regarding the investigation.
