She was reportedly traveling across town to visit her boyfriend.
The teen was reportedly speaking to older men online & her mother fears she was being groomed.
The teen’s grandmother doesn’t believe she’s alive.
Police believe she had been dead for one to two weeks.
After going missing, her body was located in January 2021 inside of her vehicle’s passenger side.
She traveled to visit a friend, & while Le-Shay Dungey texted she was walking toward his home, she never arrived to her destination.
Police, & the teen’s parents, fear she may have been involved with dangerous characters.
Her close-knit family calls this uncharacteristic.
The mother of eight vanished in 2018 but authorities wouldn’t allow her sister to file a report until a year later.
Her bicycle has never been located, either.
She had just been in the hospital in critical condition after “being severely assaulted.”
Her loved ones have accused her boyfriend of domestic violence.
Her relatives contacted authorities after receiving the text, but the police couldn’t locate her.
