Thirteen-year-old Taranika Raymond was last seen at her home in New Orleans back in 1995. Police are treating her case as a runaway.
She was last seen with Onnie Nesbitt, 36. He was known as a violent man and is currently incarcerated.
He was reportedly convicted of her murder and the attempted murder of another woman. Kim remains missing.
