Missing In Washington D.C.
The former federal employee’s last movements were easily traced, but her case has been cold for decades.
She had a 10-month-old daughter at the time & vanished between leaving work & arriving home.
Her mother chatted with a nice woman who offered to change the baby’s diaper. The woman took the child.
All of her personal belongings were left behind except for her cell phone.
The couple began dating after meeting online.
