It is expected that when a toddler vanishes in broad daylight, there will be an abundance of information shared about her disappearance. Unfortunately, that isn’t the case for three-year-old Jeanine Camille Barnwell, who vanished from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1985. I could find very little information about her decades-old missing person case, but I’ve included everything I could gather in this post.
According to reports, the last person to see little Jeanine was her mother on November 15. The specific circumstances regarding the child’s disappearance are freckled with vacancies, as all that has been shared is that she vanished sometime during the day. Whether she was at school, playing in a park, outside of her home, or with friends or relatives isn’t known. Investigators believe that foul play is involved in this case, but it hasn’t been shared if any persons of interest or suspects were attached to Jeanine Camille Barnwell’s case.

At the time of her disappearance, Jeanine Camille Barnwell was 4 feet tall and 55 pounds. She had brown eyes and black/dark brown hair styled in two adorable pigtails. Other descriptors, including any distinguishing marks, moles, or scars, are unknown. It also hasn’t been shared if the three-year-old went by any nicknames or had favorite toys or items. Jeanine would be 38 years old at the time of this publication.
