Shapammala Buckner, 20: Vanished After Arguing With Her Boyfriend In 2017
Next month, on May 21, the loved ones of Shapammala Buckner will mark the fourth anniversary since the 20-year-old went missing. For a case that surfaced during the social media era, there hasn’t been much shared about the circumstances surrounding Shapammala’s disappearance. The petite young lady stood just under five feet tall, and according to posts I found online, she was beloved by those who knew her.
According to reports, Shapammala was last seen at the Forest Pointe Apartments in north Houston, and it has been stated that just before going missing, she engaged in an argument with her boyfriend. While there has been very little shared about Shapammala Buckner, someone who knew her well wrote a lengthy Facebook post about what they claim she was going through in her personal life.
The person alleged that Shapammala was in an abusive relationship and stated that at the time of her disappearance, she was living with her boyfriend and his siblings. They stated that Shapammala’s boyfriend was in the military, and when he left, the missing woman remained at the home where she was allegedly beaten and abused by his relatives.
“A super close friend of hers (who I spoke to in person) said Pam asked her to help her move out of the apartment once her boyfriend left to go on a mission because she was scared of leaving while he was there,” the person wrote on Facebook. “Though the day never came because she ended up disappearing a little bit before she was supposed to help her leave.”

At the time of her disappearance, Shapammala Buckner stood 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighed 100 pounds. She had black/dark brown hair and brown eyes. The clothing she was last wearing is unknown. Her middle name is “Latrisha,” but she is known to go by “Pam.” Shapammala reportedly wears glasses, and both of her ears are pierced. She would be 24 years old at the time of this publication.
